The service

Agile Today provides the site and the MCP server as is, without guarantees of availability or correctness.

Recommendations, not decisions

Gate verdicts, plans and assessments are recommendations. The decider of the gate in your organisation decides. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the answers or for indirect losses.

License of the graph

The descriptive layer of the methodology graph — nodes, links, sources, stages, gates and artifacts (the data at /api/graph and in the agile-today-graph repository on GitHub) — is licensed under CC BY 4.0: you may copy, adapt and share it, also commercially, with the attribution “Agile Today methodology graph by Oleg Vakarchuk, https://agile-today.org, licensed under CC BY 4.0”. The decision rules, the engine and the software of the site and the MCP server are not licensed: all rights reserved. The name and the logo of Agile Today are trademarks and are not licensed.

You may

• Use the site and the MCP server, including in commercial projects.
• Copy, adapt and share the descriptive layer of the graph under CC BY 4.0 with the attribution.

You may not

• Put excessive load on the server. To get the graph data, download /api/graph or the agile-today-graph repository instead of enumerating calls.
• Reconstruct the decision rules or the engine by systematically enumerating calls.
• Name your product or service after Agile Today or use its logo.
