About
Agile Today is a project methodology graph that AI agents and people use to plan projects and pass gates by rules, not by a model's memory.
Why
Models know PMBOK and Scrum but answer the same question differently. The graph gives a reproducible answer: the same rule, the same link, the same verdict.
Principles
- A gate assesses evidence; it does not block work.
- A waiver always has a reason.
- Stale critical evidence means “not ready”.
- Every decision can be cited by its rule and link id.
- The project context decides, not school membership.
- Neutral: no methodology is the default.
Status
Beta. A regression suite checks the graph on every change. Errors found are fixed and pinned by a test.
